CASE 1: You saw a lamp on our online shop or on our Products page, but you’d like to
change color and/or dimension?

Please send us an e-mail to info@lampadani.it with the picture or the code of the lamp you
like, together with your requests about color and dimension. We suggest to check our color
palette and point out the color code you prefer!

CASE 2: You already have a particular idea but you’re not able to find anything similar on
our website?

Please send us a sketch or an inspiration picture and explain your idea wrting to
info@lampadani.it We’ll review it and come back to you with some solutions: even if your
style is different from ours, it is not a problem, we’d be glad to bring to life your design. So
come on, explain your idea to us!

CASE 3: You’d like a custom design for a specific space of your home?

Please send us some pictures of the space you wish to decorate to info@lampadani.it and
describe how you imagine your lamp. Send us also the dimensions of the room (width,
height, length). We’d be glad to create (without any cost) some photomontage so that you
could see different solutions with their estimate of costs. After your final approval we’ll get
to work!

Please remember that in addition to lighting design products, we make also complements
like mirrors, console tables, clocks, coat hangers, chairs, headboards, tables, railings and
much more!

TIMES AND PAYMENT METHODS

Lead times could vary due to the complexity of the project.
We generally need 4/6 weeks to make custom products. You’ll find a timetable attached to
our quote.
During the work we’ll share with you some pictures to inform you about project updates
and to check that everything is ok with you.
Once the work is finished and approved, you will proceed with the payment through paypal
or bank transfer. Once we’ll receive confirmation of the payment, we’ll ship your lamp
immediately.
We ship all over the world with secure packaging, together with the lamp (inside the
shipping box or by e-mail) you’ll receive also the assembling and maintenance
instructions.
